The team at Your Health Griffith understand that the COVID-19 Pandemic is an extremely stressful time for our community and our patients. We've been working incredibly hard behind the scenes to serve you despite current events and appreciate your patience and continued support.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding your appointment:
Routine screening questions will be asked when you book or attend an appointment such as symptoms and travel movements. Please be honest when reception ask you these questions relating to COVID-19, we are here to help not mistreat or discriminate you in any way. We just want to triage the best way possible.
Any patients with new respiratory symptoms or who have travelled to a COVID hotspot within the previous 2 weeks will not be able to have a face-to-face consultation with a GP. Please call our admin team to discuss the safest way for you to receive the treatment you need.
Due to limited space and to adhere to social distancing guidelines, we are restricting visitors allowed within the practice to protect our patients and staff. We can only accommodate the patient and one carer/parent (only if essential) in the waiting room and consult room for the consultation. Unfortunately you cannot bring, for example, your spouse or additional children to the appointment.
We are also encouraging GP Telehealth consultations (phone or video) as an alternative to attending the practice to minimise the impact of Coronavirus on our community.
Patients and visitors are encouraged to wear a face mask and perform hand hygiene by sanitising their hands on arrival. All patients must check-in at reception on arrival and visitors to the practice such as carers or parents that do not have a booking must scan our location specific QR code to assist with contact tracing if required.
