2019 Patient Feedback Survey
Your Health Griffith would like to extend a sincere thank you to all patients who completed our survey late last year. Your responses will help us prioritise areas for improvement.
While we will review all response areas for our practice, we will immediately examine our three worst performing areas from the survey with a view to making some positive changes.
The questions with the highest response against "Poor" were:
The time you had to wait after arriving at the clinic (Poor 14.36%)
Getting an appointment for a time that suited you (Poor 14.51% )
Let you know about any delays when waiting (Poor 8.21% )

Your Health Griffith Christmas Party 2019
Thank you to Jenny and Garry Morton for being such amazing hosts and welcoming us to their beautiful property - Billenbah on the Bidgee - for our Christmas Party. It was a magnificent setting, overlooking the river and we will remember the event for many years to come.
The Management and staff of Your Health Griffith would like to congratulate Dr Yin Yin Nwe and Dr Ramesh Velpula on achieving Fellowship with The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Many hours of study, revision and dedication go into preparing for the exams. The attainment of the FRACGP signifies that a GP has been assessed as competent across the core skills of general practice enabling him or her to practice safely and unsupervised anywhere in Australia. In short, the FRACGP denotes safe, specialised, high-quality general practice care.
This is the pinnacle of GP training and we congratulate them both on their magnificent achievement.

Your Health Griffith is committed to providing a working environment that values diversity and inclusion which supports all employees and patients. We are incredibly lucky at Your Health Griffith to have such a culturally diverse team of staff and patients.
Dr Lalani Ranasinghe recently spent time in Sri Lanka and kindly gifted the staff a traditional Saree. Her kindness was further extended by inviting us to her home to learn how to put on the Saree and to enjoy a fabulous Sri Lankan meal.
We truly are blessed to have such a generous and welcoming team.
